What We're Looking For

We are hiring a Client Delivery Associate to join our team in supporting some of the most advanced healthcare organizations in the country. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-growing technology company for someone who wants to build deep expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and enterprise client delivery while also having a firsthand role in translating that work into our product.

1m's Client Delivery team members are high-velocity 'doers' with deep backgrounds in finance (including financial modeling), healthcare (including the economics of care for healthcare providers), company building, and risk (ex-Goldman Sachs, Moody's). You will have the opportunity to grow as you learn from a high performing team. You will also work directly with our founders and Product & Engineering team.

You will support customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and bring analytical rigor to client deliverables. You'll also play a critical role in helping translate subject-matter expertise, financial models, and successful client delivery workflows into scalable product capabilities.

You Are:

• A strong quantitative thinker, comfortable building and interpreting financial models
• Ambitious, adaptable, and actively seeking the opportunity to learn from a high-functioning team
• Detail-oriented, with a high bar for accuracy and quality in both client-facing and internal work
• Curious about healthcare, technology, and the forces shaping financial and strategic decision-making for healthcare providers
• Motivated to grow into broader client-facing and strategic responsibilities over time

Ideal Profile:

• 2+ years of front-office experience in a rigorous professional services environment (investment banking, management consulting, audit, or a similarly analytical setting)
• Strong financial modeling fundamentals and comfort working with data in Excel, with the ambition to sharpen these skills further
• Excellent attention to detail and a track record of polished, front-office client experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and be agile in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier academic institution

Using AI capabilities, traditional financial modeling, and a cohesive web-based product experience, we help leaders move beyond static risk registers to automated, continuous research, quantified impacts, and actionable insights. Our vision is to be the standard risk operating system for healthcare. We currently serve 14 major US health systems and are well-capitalized after a Series A funding round in 2024.

What is The Role?

As a Client Delivery Associate, you will play a central role in helping our enterprise healthcare clients get value from the 1m platform. You'll support client stakeholders at every level, including executives, and help them use our financial analytics tools to understand and manage risk. You'll also work closely with Product and Engineering, translating your knowledge of client needs and financial modeling expertise into platform improvements, and contribute to growth projects that shape 1m's point of view on the risk landscape.

This role is designed to grow. You'll start close to the details of client delivery and platform execution, and take on increasing ownership of client relationships, calls, and strategic workstreams as you build expertise.
